Description
An instructional score adaptable for any instrument, yet originally written with the viola in mind. A version of pieces #2 and #13 from A Series of Compositions for Postposthuman.

Score / Notes
For the violist to use the form of the viola as three-dimensional graphic notation in real-time during performance of this piece on the same instrument they are interpreting. The performer has the freedom to interpret the colours, textures, materials, shapes, densities and the spaces inside, outside and between the components of the viola they are improvising on...qualities that can be combined and juxtaposed with each other and/or interchangeable upon real-time interpretation using whatever techniques, be they traditional, extended, both or neither, the violist feels like using. Other aspects that should also be included for interpretation at one point or more are, firstly, the visible movements of the viola's components, such as the vibrations of the strings and any rotations of the tuning knobs that the performer may wish to do; and secondly, the feedbacks of playing an instrument which is it's own notation, and then interpreting the (mechanical) movements of the instrument on that instrument which are the result of it being played to it's own form to begin with...feedbacks which the violist, if they can, could relish in ecstasy and euphoria of which can be manifested into free, wild phrases of sound or any others which they feel would be appropriate for such feelings.
