Score / Notes
A collection of short works, presented on 12 February 2006 as part of the second evening of You Too Can Play Difficult Music at Machine Project, curated by James Orsher and Sara Roberts. The evening featured the work of Mark So and myself.

I presented four pieces in three parts under the heading, Difficult Music for Everybody:
   I. Remembering [first loves (and the music you loved them to)] is [not] difficult
(from Variations on Alison Knowles' Piece for Any Number of Vocalists (2005)) | mp3
   II. Living is [not] difficult
(partly from For Kinah Boto (2005))
   III. Aloneness is [not] difficult
or Being over [t]here is [not] difficult [but you sure do look beautiful tonight]
   IV. Crying is [not] difficult
(from For any acoustic instrument (2005))

* several of these works have been presented before as individual scores. they were collected, revised (and in some cases re-written) for this event
