Score / Notes
it is recommended that each chakra be focused on one at a time for 1-3 minutes each, repeating each individual chant as many times as necessary, beginning with the root chakra, working up to the crown chakra. chant combinations can of course then be made if one wishes to increase flow or communication between different chakras, though this is optional. a shorter version of this chant can be used as a warm-up to other exercises or meditations, or it can be lengthened to be its own full-fledged meditation.
