these experimental meditations have been collected primarily from anonymous enlightened donors at artSpa experimental meditation open-mic events at Sea and Space Explorations, as well as several other events. there are currently over a dozen contributors to the database...

consider some experimental-er ways to integrate these meditations into your daily group or solo meditation practice:

experimental meditation open-mics - where participants are encouraged to lead short meditations for the group to visualize or enact
experimental meditation speed-rounds - where participants go through something like 60-meditations in 60-minutes
experimental meditation notecard events - where notecards are passed out to whoever's around to write down their experimental meditations - the notecards are then collected, scanned, and uploaded to the database
and so forth - experiment!
