within a confined space –
like a meditation room, or a tent, etc –
sit or lie down with your eyes closed.
imagine that the room has a periscope
that reaches out the top of the room
and that you're looking through it at the space's surroundings.
take turns describing to your peers what you see through your periscope.
each turn might last between 1-5 minutes.
