About / Bio
Matthew Taggart is a noise artist, performance artist, fluxus artist and collage artist. more well know as PCRV, a harsh noise project out of Billings MT, Matt Taggart in the last few years has been moving his art and interests towards more performative and visual works. still using sound but more as a part of a larger work than the main focus, Matt Taggart is using the idea of Event Scores to push his ideas. working mainly as a solo artist given the fact that Montana has very few if no experimental artists/performers.

Matt Taggart has performed all across the USA playing shows with a who's who of noise artists and performance artists plus has had work performed by others across the states and Europe.

He's shown work in many places such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and more. plus he was recorded and released more than 30 releases as a noise artist.
