Description
POKEMON SNAP [ HUMAN EDITION ] is an opportunity to observe, study, and document humans from the perspective of the pokemon, creating an inverse relationship between humans and these otherworldly creatures.

 

 

Materials / Instrumentation / Performers
pokemon costume or if you wish, non branded attire, throwaway camera, good shoes, sunscreen, accomplices

Score / Notes
1. As many people as possible will convene dressed as pokemon characters or otherwordly creatures of their own design.

 

2a. Everyone will be given a camera and told to seek out and photograph interesting human specimens.

 

2b. If a pokemon is particularly sociable and a master of the linguistic contortions humans use for communication, they may want try to learn about the human world through verbal conversation.

 

2c. As a variation, they may want to invite the humans to a meet up later for a feast to commemorate this lively collision between worlds.

 

note: Keeping a multimedia record of these encounters is always encouraged.
