Stay as you are (sad, happy, fearful, confused, amazed, etc)
Feel it as intensely and unintentional as you can.
Let the physical consequences (cry, laugh, sob, weakness, euphory, etc)come and go, freely.
Observe the transition or transformation of feelings and bodily states.
Transcend the moment.
Write on a public wall: "I have kissed my nearest illusion"

 

VARIATION 1: write it in as many public walls as you feel necessary. Write it the size you need to fit your process, from almost invisibly small to absurdely giant.

 

VARIATION 2: change "nearest" for "dearest" if you want. Or mix both words some way.

 

VARIATION 3: sing (don't simply say) the sentence, as quiet or loud as you feel necessary.
